What is Spider up to? She is busy – busy spinning! What is she spinning? Why is she spinning? Who pops over to say hello?
With songs, instrumental play, moving, dancing and musical exploration, we travel together through this delightful tale of our friend skilfully creating a wondrous web to enchant young children. Help to weave the web magic to entice different animals along to see where they are and what Spider is up to...

Storytelling events by the Music House for Children
Music House for Children provides interactive musical story-tales working with movement, song, sound-making, instrumental play, visuals and resources to bring much loved stories and new tales to life.
Young children engage in spontaneous, child-initiated exploration as the story unfolds with the support of our skilful facilitators, who play a range of live instruments to bring realism and tactile experience into the story. Children will engage in movement to correspond with the story’s development, using the space, visuals and body percussion to explore sound-making and imaginative links to key words such as rain, animal sounds or transport.
Children are invited to participate fully with their key adult, and to share in the sense of wonder that stories provide when lifted out of the book and into multi-sensory play.
