The role includes:

Devise/manage existing and new lessons, multi-arts workshops, concerts and other educational events

Oversee curriculum with a focus on early childhood, SEND children and practical career studies

Extend all programmes beyond the school into partnership and external provision

Assist the Founder in strategic development of practical music courses for SEND students

Assist in the strategic development and expansion of music resources

Assist in the development of online courses and digital access to all resources

Manage and support our small full time and freelance team
Essential Skills and Experience
-
Be a qualified music educationalist.
-
Skills and/or experience in working with all ages, neurodiverse children and young people.

Have good understanding of digital programmes (AppleMac)
-
Good communication skills and be a brilliant team worker
-
Initiative, humour, hard-worker and creative thinking is a big plus
