What is this about?
Music House for Children is part of the Tri-Music Together consortium (https://www.triboroughmusichub.org/early-years/) supported by Youth Music to develop and strengthen skills and delivery in early childhood music across the three boroughs Hammersmith & Fulham, Kensington & Chelsea and Westminster.
This training event captures all that is joyous about spontaneous musical play with instruments and visuals. Participants will gain an insight and ideas to enjoy with their children with instruments- their sounds, association to stories, rhymes and songs, and the wonderful breadth of music making on offer. No, you do not need masses of instruments although at least one will help. Lots of ideas on adopting instrumental sounds with other resources will be presented.
